Humanitarian Assistance Projects
Mam Humanitarian Foundation (MHF) remains dedicated to its
mission of making a positive impact on communities through various impactful
projects. These initiatives are strategically designed to address critical
needs in four key areas: Food Baskets, General Humanitarian Assistance, and the
distribution of the children's book "The Travels of Khuncha and
Adan." Here's a more detailed overview of each initiative:
Food Baskets: MHF executed two significant
distributions of food baskets, providing essential support to a total of 35
families, encompassing 152 individuals. The initial distribution took place
on March 16, 2023, with a follow-up distribution coinciding with Eid
celebrations on April 17, 2023. These carefully curated food provisions play a
crucial role in mitigating food insecurity, ensuring that families facing
challenges have access to nutritious sustenance.
Humanitarian Assistance: This category encompasses
three targeted acts of support, demonstrating MHF's commitment to making a
meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families:
Supplying
Household Essentials in Kirkuk: MHF provided essential home supplies
to a family in Kirkuk, contributing to the creation of a more comfortable
and habitable living environment.
Football
Kits for Emergency Hospital Team: Eleven members of the Emergency
Hospital football team received football kits, extending beyond sports to
promote physical well-being and team spirit.
Wheelchair
Provision in Qaladze: MHF's provision of a wheelchair to a child with
Cerebral Palsy in Qaladze serves as a powerful intervention, significantly
improving the child's mobility and overall quality of life.
These carefully tailored initiatives underscore MHF's
unwavering commitment to alleviating hardships and enhancing the well-being of
individuals and families within the community. Through strategic and impactful
projects, MHF continues to be a beacon of support, addressing critical needs
and fostering positive change in the lives of those in need.
