Kirkuk, Iraq.

The global community faces an unprecedented challenge with the emergence of Covid-19, a pandemic declared by the World Health Organization. This disease, caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, first appeared in December 2019 and has since claimed millions of lives worldwide, leaving many survivors with long-lasting health issues.

In response to the grave threat posed by Covid-19, MHF has taken proactive measures to support affected communities. On January 26, 2021, MHF distributed a significant quantity of "50,000" masks to the Hawija Institute and the Kirkuk Education Directorate. This endeavor was a part of MHF's ongoing commitment to mitigating the spread of the virus and safeguarding the health and safety of individuals within the Kirkuk Governorate.

MHF's dedication to providing essential personal protective equipment is instrumental in strengthening the region's defenses against the Covid-19 pandemic, demonstrating our commitment to public health and well-being.
