Gratitude in Action: Food Aid Distribution

In a dedicated effort to enhance the quality of life for workers across various sectors, with a special focus on those tirelessly serving in municipality directorates, MHF collaborated with the Sulaymaniyah Directorate of Municipality. Together, they initiated a meaningful operation titled "Thanks for Your Efforts," geared towards providing essential support to gardeners, municipality workers, and environmentalists in Sulaymaniyah and Kirkuk Governorates along with koya district on March 3, 2021.

MHF meticulously crafted food aid baskets, carefully selecting items essential for families in need. These thoughtfully composed baskets included 10kg of rice, 2kg of white beans, 2kg of lentils, 1kg of chickpeas, 2 liters of oil, 1kg of burgle, 2kg of tomato paste, and 200g of vermicelli. The distribution covered municipality workers, gardeners, and environmentalist families across Sulaymaniyah and Kikuk Governorates and its environs, benefiting a total of 2,500 families.

In line with the "Thanks for Your Efforts" campaign, MHF's aim is to extend assistance and support to vulnerable individuals residing in Sulaymaniyah and its neighboring areas. As part of this initiative, MHF distributed 750 food aid baskets to equally vulnerable families within the city of Sulaymaniyah, embodying gratitude through tangible acts of care and compassion.
