In its ongoing commitment to fostering growth within the media industry, MHF remains dedicated to the continual development of media professionals. Building on past successes in the media sector, this initiative is strategically designed to enhance the skills and expertise of media practitioners, thereby elevating the overall quality of media content and its positive impact on society.

The latest effort unfolded at the Cultural Center in Kirkuk, where MHF orchestrated a comprehensive five-day training course from February 13 to February 17, 2022. The program was tailored to augment the capabilities of media personnel representing a diverse array of sectors within the city. Participants included individuals from both governmental departments and non-governmental organizations, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing across different spheres.

Led by seasoned academics and educators specializing in media, the training course delivered valuable insights and practical skills to the attendees. The initiative was executed in collaboration with the Kirkuk Governorate administration and the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, ensuring a well-rounded and impactful learning experience.

This proactive approach to capacity building extends MHF's broader mission of contributing to the professional development and growth of individuals in the media industry. In total, 40 students benefited from this training, further solidifying MHF's role in advancing media proficiency within the community.
