Empowering Through Theater: Theatrical Workshop – Embracing Life

In November 2020, MHF joined forces with the Hawar Theatre Group to introduce an inspiring project focused on individuals with disabilities. Operating under the theme "People with Disabilities Deserve Better", this initiative took place at the Cultural Center in Kirkuk Governorate and spanned one month.

The theatrical workshop was specifically designed to provide individuals with disabilities the opportunity to showcase their acting talents and become more integrated within their communities. By staging plays and engaging in theatrical activities, this program aimed to empower participants, highlighting their abilities and fostering a stronger sense of inclusion and belonging within society.
